If you wish to include a gift in your Will, we recommend the following wording for your solicitor or legal adviser:
“I give [insert your gift – a specific amount, percentage, residue, or item] to Grampians Health [Campus Name], ABN [insert campus ABN], to be used for the general purposes of the health service. I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustee/s.”
